1st Inbody Scan Must Happen Between Mon Jan 9th - Jan 14th

NOTE: It is NOT required to complete the optional scans however if you do NOT complete your scans every 2 weeks, we cannot put you on the Bi-Weekly LEADERBOARD.
1st. Lose Body Fat - For Every 0.1% of Body Fat You Lose, You Earn 1 Point.
Example: If you lose 1% of bodyfat, you get 10 points.
2nd. Build Muscle - For Every 0.1 of Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM) You Gain, You Earn 1 Point.
Example: If you gain 1 pound of SMM, you get 10 points.
3rd. RECOMP - Build Muscle and Lose Body Fat - For Every 0.1 of Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM) You Gain, You Earn 1 Point and Every 0.1% of Body Fat You Lose, You Earn 1 Point.
Example: If you gain 1 pound of SMM and lose 1% of body fat, you get 20 points.
There are NO Negative Points. You do not get points deducted if you lose muscle or gain body fat.
Final Score Will Be Calculated From 1st Scan (Before Jan 15th) to the Last Scan (After March 5th).
